Terms and Conditions


Refund & Return Policy:

Color Lightjet prints may be returned for refund of the product cost only within the first 7 calendar days following delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will only be considered once the product has been returned and examined for the following: no dents in the print's paper, no scratches nor fingerprints on the image's surface, no physical damage to the mat board or window’s inside edges, no stains or any other alterations from its original form as was sold. The product (in its entirety) must be in a condition to resell as if it was new. The product must be shipped back inside all of its original packaging (as it was received) and at the customer's expense. 

All Black and White (Traditional Photographs) are limited editions done by hand and therefore, returns are not accepted for any reason.

Items are custom packaged to withstand a significant amount of abuse while in transit however, where damage to the product does occur by its arrival, Mark Chaglani will make every effort to create a new replacement (as closely matched to the original as possible) or offer an exchange when replacements are not possible. The original print (excluding mat and foam-core) may need to be shipped back for the purpose of matching the replacement. New foam-core and mat will accompany the replacement.

For replacement or exchange to be considered, photos clearly showing the damage to the product (along with photos showing the damage to the packaging) must be captured and sent to mark.chaglani@gmail.com within 24 hours from the (destination's local) date and time it was signed for (received). Do not discard any packaging material as this may be required when filing a claim with UPS.

Mark Chaglani has final say whether to grant or deny any replacement or exchange.



Shipping Policy:

All shipping is handled through UPS Canada. Delivery service options will be provided to the customer to choose the preferred speed and associated costs for their shipment prior to payment.

All shipments must/will be insured for the full value of the product ordered. 

All shipments must/will include tracking with adult signature required at time of arrival to your address.

Mark Chaglani will aim to have your order shipped within 7 calendar days following receipt of payment.



Payments:

All payments are processed through Wix Payments. Once the final price has been determined by the customer's choice of product (and shipping services plus any applicable taxes if in Canada) a private link (initiated from wix.com) will be provided for submitting payment. Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars. Exchange rates will apply.

International customers (outside Canada) are responsible for payment of any customs handling, duties and taxes in their respective country.
